When I managed to fall off my BMW they sent out recovery and phoned several times, until the recovery guy turned up, to check if I was ok or needed medical assistance; and this was on our family cover policy not bike specific.

I did the same at first, no just keep going in the normal way, when there is the drop down list for the make of car etc it has in there the motorbikes, i.e. click for Honda and it will give the option 'motorcyles any model'.
