Notes: This guard is not rated for impacts. It is recommended for as a minimal coverage for against nicks and abrasions
Just thought I would add some more info since I went and checked how much protection they had, might be of use to someone.

yeah perfect for cross country, more like leg warmers, i picked up a pair today, having worn bliss arg minimalist and them falling apart, i spotted these raceface which have much tougher material, padding is slim.
should be fine for everyday riding, my knees are presently cut up badly and bruised, these would have prevented the cuts, but not the bruises, these will be a damn sight comfier than my 661 evo, that are bulky and take a hard impact

£24 will get you these bliss heavy duty pads

Any size guide please guys
I ordered large (fit well, not too tight, and hold up well) and xl picked up today, the guideline is pretty accurate to be honest, in that my thigh calf circumference was high end large small end XL measurements

I've got regular size legs, 34/large waist, large 40-42 chest and 5.10-5.11 if that helps
