Very underrated game in my opinion.

Code: CDKEYSCYBER10

RAGE is a groundbreaking first-person shooter set in the not-too-distant future after an asteroid impacts Earth, leaving a ravaged world behind. You emerge into this vast wasteland to discover humanity working to rebuild itself against such forces as bandit gangs, mutants, and the Authority – an oppressive government regime that has a special interest in you in particular. Featuring intense first-person shooter action, breakneck vehicle combat, an expansive world to explore and jaw-dropping graphics powered by id’s revolutionary id Tech® 5 technology, RAGE promises an experience like no other.

Fearing a planet-wide extinction from a massive asteroid headed towards Earth, world leaders are faced with the inexorable task of ensuring human survival. Left with few alternatives, life-sustaining pods filled with select people are buried deep beneath the earth’s surface. You are one of the chosen members of these modern day arks and abruptly enter the RAGE universe after surfacing alone. Leaving you to your own devices to stay alive in a world filled with those who prefer you dead, RAGE combines powerful storytelling with heart-pounding action.

short but essential gaming, don't listen to the critics

Does it still suffer from terrible texture problems like it did at launch?

Recent reviews are very positive so i would say unlikely.

Great game, played it when it was released and did enjoy it, could be longer but for under £3 it's well worth a buy.

Enjoyed it on release.

I say graphics-wise, it was released wayy ahead of its time.

Already own this and would recommend it to anyone. Worth every penny.

Going to try this out - £1 credit on my account from the Golden Joystick deal means it's £1.31 and I got corporate lifstyle simulator thrown in to sweeten the deal!

Locked to just 60fps, so it's a bit of a **** for the high refresh-rate users like myself, but otherwise a massively enjoyable game.

Great Game, google how to do "Mutant bash tv" to make easy money. Make sure you're fully tooled and coined up before installing extra DLC.

I tried playing this version of the game not so long ago and it chugged like crazy, even set down to low. My PC is hardly state of the art, but it should nuke this, easy. Buyer beware, I'd say.

Anyone ever feel like Rage was a bit like Fallout 4? The new feral ghouls reminded me of the mutants from Rage, and obviously the whole "frozen in time" thing. Needed more John Goodman, though.
