These are normally around the £6 mark per bottle. They were marked down to £2.75 per bottle representing a substantial saving for something that gets good reviews. There were plenty in stock at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway Living branch. I would imagine it to be nationwide but please post back if anyone can confirm this.

RainX is okay but there are much better products for the same thing, although they do cost quite a bit more. Out of the two the anti-fog is probably the one to buy.

Will check my local store and see if they have them on offer

Thank you very much for telling me there are better products and then not telling me the names! :p:p:p:p:p

Never heard of them.
RainX works fine for me and if I did see them and they are dearer..........maybe I'd go for the "etc" as it's a cute name. :|

Nope.
I missed that post.
Are they available at Tesco and can I use my points coupon? :|

Very true, but I prefer when users helpfully post how they bought the same item much cheaper a week/month ago with an alternative (now expired) deal. Those sort of comments will be so valuable once time travel becomes possible.

Works for me

+1 Rain X does the job, and at this price it's well worth it. Heat added.

Aquapel have got better reviews....I've used them and they work brillianty on motorway..I didn't use wipers at all on one of the journeys on motorway with heavy rainfall.

They are available on ebay and shipped from USA. With current exchange rate, they are slightly cheaper. Though, not cheaper than RainX.

Heat added for the price

£2.75 is a great price. Currently £6.99 at Halfords (although I've found that their own brand "Rain Repellent" is as good, if not better than Rain-X, but that is currently £5.99).

Awesome stuff, used this on every car I've had for the past 14 years - and one bottle goes a long way. :)

Buy some Collinite 476S doublecoat wax - its amazing for glass as well as paintwork and knocks spots off just about everyother product on the market for durability. (A £14 pot will last you 2-3 years)

Good price for the Rain X which I've used for a number of years with good results....just retreat the screen once the beading starts to fade away. Currently trying the turtle wax equivalent product which was about £6 in Halfrauds which does a similar job. I was sceptical about the anti fog stuff, but it does make a marginal difference if your car is prone to misting up (VX220 any one?). At this price definately pick up one or two tubs of RainX and grab an antifog to try!

I used this in the past but found it awful. It was fine in the day but at night when I was driving around town areas i.e. @30mph I needed to use the wipers as normal. Now the water beaded into tiny balls and blinded me at every streetlight.
