And here starts the polarization! :) Nitro is at the false economy, naive extreme of the spectrum, but to be fair, you can get some some very nice, well put together, fully UV-blocking shades with good optics for much less, like the BLOC stuff (British!) for £18 / £25 / £35, depending on the model.

I wasnt trying to say you need to spend this kind of money on sunglasses, more don't spend £5

Because cheap sunglasses may not filter out UV rays and cause damage to your eyes
