Had been thinking of purchasing the ReadyNas DUO RND2000 from amazon (£142.98) but noticed that you can get the RND 2150 with 500GB drive included for only £34 quid more and be up and running without waiting for the free 500GB drive. When the free drive does arrive you've got the mirroring.

ReadyNas DUO RND2150 = £176.99
ReadyNas DUO RND2000 + Seagate 500GB = £180.55

just got mine after a BIG wait from CDiscount - waiting for free drive.
These are tiny !!! Look great :-)
This is a good offer as you should get the free drive and end up with a 1TB NAS :-)

Not a bad idea to buy thisd as I have been waiting for 6 weeks for my drive. Also factor in £20-30 for decent backup software and checkout the forum for known Vista and windows 7 issues.

On the upside it makes a great media server. I've fgot mine wirelessly connected to a Squeezebox and use my iPhone to select and play music from the NAS.

The only problem being the 500Gb disk size which is what I am moving UP from to 1Tb and more!
500Gb used to SEEM so big! :-(
