Was in a branch of Poundland today (Cheltenham) and picked up a 100ml tube of Real Shaving Company face scrub and a 175ml tub of RSC shaving cream for, wait for it wait for it, £1 each. Have used this stuff before and it's very good - much better than the goo in a can that Gillette would have you believe represents the pinnacle in shaving.

No idea if this is nationwide but there was certainly plenty of stock in Cheltenham.

Yep. Looking at the tub now - are you sure you didn't buy a tube?

The tubs I'v got my OH from poundland recently have been 175 (I just had a quick check at some in bathroom!) He has developed sensitive skin ( through taking medication) and has tried loads of different brands from super cheap to Very expensive and finds this is better! Each to his own I suppose but if it works for £1 from poundland why not:). Costs around £5 in boots

Been this price for a while now (bought 3 tubs) I'm sure its the same as the old body shop cream, smells exactly the same.

great stuff, stocked up on it a while ago so don't need any more, but would thoroughly reccomend

Ditto, Shave Cream Bettewr Than Gel, Less Cloggable On Razor.

A good price for this but the product it isn't a patch on the gels made by King of Shaves.
It is a genuine low foan gel which makes it an ideal choice for anyone shaving around a beard (You can see where you're going) but the KoS product lubricates much better than the RSC gel.

Cant comment on the gels but the shaving cream is very good, nowt like slapping on a nice warm lather with a badger hair brush. :-D

o yeh i got the tube not the tub

Hot deal!! these were £2.50 in poundland last time I was in there.
#16
Well worth a quid!

Can confirm the bigger tubs exist as well as the tubes of shaving cream.

This used to be £3.99 or £4.99 in Boots. The Poundland tubes are smaller than those that Boots used to stock but there is a huge reduction in price.
Also seen big reductions in Home Bargains.

Even the Boots prices have come down in price recently.

The company are part of Creightons which has been going donkeys years so it is a very good brand to have in the Pound shop !

good price

Home Bargains do this stuff too. I think HB sell the slightly bigger tubs (125ml for face scrub @ £1.29)
I have to say the face scrub is wonderful stuff if used just before shaving and the face cream ain't bad too although I tend to use BOSS face cream most of the time!

True. Saw a tube of the self-heating towel face mask for £2.99 in there yesterday, supposedly £4.99 normally - quite a decent product.

Seen these in several Poundlands so definitely nationwide (very scientific survey). Also Home Bargains as previous posters have said. Great products. Would 100% recommend.

this is made in peterborough, if you follow the site details on the back of the pack there are often deals on the site if you look, admittedly not as keen however the parent company do make quite a few smellies..
may be handy if you run out having got one from poundland.
Me I'll be buying some as stocking fillers & travel size, as my face generally falls apart if I try shaving in canada, the moisturisers in this seem to keep my face in one place & help with my skin after frostbite on knife scars et al.
I thoroughly recommend the cream variant to anyone with"scottish skin" (open pores)non clogging & doesn't strip the skin of everything.. on me anyway!

bought some today, 175ml tubs. for my razor i ordered online a few days ago.
i'll get face scrub from Home Bargains, £1.29 when i looked.
