Awesome bundle for me I’ve had Expeditions: Conquistador stuck on my wishlist for ages! It lost out twice during community votes in the last steam sale.

Knytt Underground is the standout title. Awesome zen platformer, Like a Swedish version of Jet Set Willy with great art, ambient soundtrack and nailed on controls.

I had that on PS3 and found it really boring, it didn't really have anything to set it apart from the million other games that have been out years before this one in this genre. What did you like so much about it?

Perhaps its just me and its a niche series that's just my cup of tea.

I've been playing Nifflas' games for ages, going back to Knytt Stories. I like platformers but I'm picky. They have to have nailed on controls. Only the Nintendo titles and these games seem to get it. I hate floaty controls like Little big planet and daft sonic go faster gameplay. Add to this, the slow methodical progress and Metroid style skill unlocks. Also the Scandinavian vibe, with the ambient score and great art.

Your response probably answers my question, as to why these games aren't massive or get the kudos they deserve.

You either get it or you don't. I guess its just an acquired taste. But I felt like highlighting the game, in the hopes that some like mined gamers, who may have over looked this gem, get to give it a blast.

For peeps who don't want to put their hand in their pocket. Try out the old yet classic Knytt Stories for free.

Rock of Ages is strangely fun too, and has a Python-esque art style of cardboard cut outs.

You say that but it took you 7 months from this thread:

http://www.hotukdeals.com/misc/steam-obsession-epidemic-1556763

when you had 641 games to get the extra 359 games to gain your 1000 badge at new year, whereas in the further 7 months since then you've acquired another 548...

That's over 50% faster. :p

I've got a spare Knytt Underground key, first person to PM me gets it (:

Edit- I guess no one's interested. Gave it away to a friend.
