(Third deal, so tweat me wuff)

Good for lightweight SLRs/vidcams/compacts. Given that it folds down to less than 45cm, 152cm is a decent fully extended height. Tripod body (tho not head) appears to be same as the modo maxi 785b, the bag is also a modo maxi. As the cheapest I can see the bag alone for is £35 (inc. p&p) could even be worth buying for just that.

The actual tripod (with specs)

The Manfrotto-branded bag (apparently identical)

grah - how do you put links in the post?
#2
comparing http://ea-bags.com/images/NGTT2.jpg with http://www.flickr.com/photos/wombattw/2196455859/

the head is clearly different but the tripod and clips look very similar. It does look like a lower end manfrotto tripod, and at this price is, I think, a good deal.

The differences between the heads are mentioned in OP post. Considering the bag itself worth 30 quids on Amazon, I think it's a good deal.

Thanks - just what I needed.

You're quite right.

The key statement in the OP is:
appears to be same as the modo maxi 785b.
'Appears to be same'! The OP has also stated that this is a 'Rebranded Manfrotto'. Non of that is verified anywhere. There are no reviews either. You cannot rely on it being a Manfrotto. Considering the inclusion of the bag however this does seem a good deal.

May not be a re-branded "whatever", but £22.80 seems good for the tripod and bag

Blasphemous

It does appear to be a Manfrotto from this link..........

Seems like a good deal.........

Have just found the Bag itself on Ebay for £29.99.........

At £22.80 who cares, I't's clearly a bargain, I have ordered 2 one will be an xmas pressy for a relative. Nice post . Heat added. Thanks!
#13
Thanks OP, just ordered one, fantastic price, voted hot, hot, hot.
#14
Not a bad travel tripod, folds down to 17 1/2" but only extends to 50 1/2" or 60" with centre column fully extended so may be a little unstable when at a comfortable height.
#15
Thanks OP ordered one.
#16
Could anybody please tell me what the tripod weight with its head, but not the case?

Thanks ;o)
#17
Great value price, but unfortunately now out of stock.

My tripod & bag arrived today. Am very happy with the tripod - lots of good features. The bag is a little small (won't take a DSLR). Bag & tripod are definitely Manfrotto - says so on the warranty card!
