Are there any limitations with buying a pre-owned copy of this? i.e. DLC not available etc?

Ive seen some comments about pre-owned games and DLC not being available so wondered if anyone knows?
Thanks!

At last, a price drop!
Anyone know what you lose buying it 2nd hand?

I noticed in CEX that this game has downloadable content.
I suspect only the original purchaser gets to keep that.

Thanks for the replies - have gone for it. Been desperate for this game for ages but was stubbornly waiting til I could get it under £30 - even if it is preowned! :|

Price drop is just a little late for me, with Halo: Reach just around the corner... The only game I plan on paying full price for this year(not because it's going to be fantastic, but because I'm a slave to the franchise)...

Still, hot price for what I hear is a super game! Gorgeous

Hopefully the price should drop properly once we have Halo Reach and Call of Duty come out.

Does anyone think these prices will be available In store also?

Best game I've played all year. Sold it after finishing the game on 90% completion but I will pick it up again if it ever gets a PC release.

Second best game of the year
#12
Not sure why it is expired. Still seems to be available pre-owned for both platforms.

I've still got to buy Alan Wake and the Mass Effect series so once I'm finished with them hopefully the price will be under £20. Pretty decent deal though, heat added.

Probably.

Downloaded GTA: San Andreas on the 360 XBOX originals thing - used to have it on the PS2 and it confirmed to me that it was the best game I'd ever played.

Bought RDR on release and barely played it. Sat down this bank holiday weekend just gone, and I went to bed at 1am on Tuesday morning because I was addicted, it's easily overtaken San Andreas as the best game I've ever played, and the storyline is absolutely fantastic. Not sure what replay value there is but will hang fire on buying DLC for now and keep hold of my disk. Just couldn't put it down, carried on doing the missions well into the night. Admittedly only takes about 25 hours (inc doing 13 of the stranger quests - think i've got a few more to go and do) but well worth the money. Not too convinced by the online multiplayer admittedly but now I've finished the game might have another crack at it.

BTW, I didn't get any free DLC with mine (brand new from Tescos at launch). Think it was a pre-order thing only.

Awesome game and great fun playing multiplayer online. Makes a change to all the war games as well.

Must resist a little longer , i can get a Motion Controller for almost same price and be all set up for some motion action on PS3 with TW11 and Virtua Tennis 4 .

why has is this expired ???

great price, I paid £32 for this on amazon last week because I just couldn't wait any longer. loving the game. I try not to buy pre-owned though personally since the money isn't going to the developer - who I think deserve the money more than the retailers selling pre-owned software. however needs must when the devil drives - £25 is a steal for the entertainment to be had from this game.

I know this games 10/10 ,, pre owned aint bad at all my copy was just as good as new and im sure the developer got paid for it the first time round if you know what i mean : )

Obviously from the reviews I knew it would be good, but damn, it's really good.

Got myself some of this action this evening. Also notice modern warfare 2 was £15 pre owned too. Don't know if that's a good price though.

Cheers.

I couldn't resist and bagged myself a copy from BB for £22.95 as got a voucher for £2 off preowned. Disk good condition. Instruction manual bit worn. But generally good condition. Wondered what all the fuss was about with this game before I bought it. Now I know why - it's brill!
