Across the vast Western frontier, a plague is spreading...

When former outlaw John Marston wakes up at his farmhouse, he finds a world gone insane: overnight, deranged hordes have overrun the towns and outposts of the American frontier. In a desperate attempt to save his family, Marston must traverse a world torn apart by chaos and disorder, using every skill he has to survive long enough to find a cure.

This is a great package - i spent about 15 hours on the single player Undead campaign, and really enjoyed it.

The multiplayer aspects are great too, especially the mission based co-op missions - great fun to play through with some online buddies.

The only downside to the Free Roam multiplayer is the number of the numpties who insist on hassling you, even on the supposedly 'Friendly Free Roam'. I wrote a piece about being 'stalked' on RDR here, if anyone is interested: http://www.theaveragegamer.com/2010/12/16/stalkers-we-dont-need-no-stinking-stalkers/

Great game, have some heat

isnt this only 800 ms points on dashboard?
#6
To above - I think you would need the original game, where as with this you can play it without it.
#7
I have had RDR for months, and it's still unplayed.
I find myself wanting to buy this though, but know by the time I play it, it will only be £9.99 to buy.

It's also only £7.99 on PSN but I'm guessing you need the original game for those downloads.
#9
Just a heads up - you can get this for £14.83 from Zavvi if you have a RYT code.

Grrr...I brought the ten pound version of this advertised a few weeks back. STILL waiting for it to be delivered! Should have just waited

This includes DLC though, and I think you'll find it's equivalent to the Undead Nightmare Complete option on PSN that costs about £16.

You might have a long wait mate! They cancelled these without bothering to explain or tell anyone. The refund is probably in your account from around mid jan. That is assuming you mean empire stores.

Was that the deal from Empire stores? Think those ones all got cancelled without telling the customers :(

Do you keep the same online ranks you have on the original RDR?

I think you're right vultan999. I ordered from Empire only to find they cancelled the order and failed to let me know. I wasn't overly impressed :( Check your order on Empire (jacksterJDM) - hopefully its just delayed...

Best play RDR first to get an idea of the characters and the like but there is no harm in playing this first though.
