Voting cold - sorry - not available across UK.

Made by Barrs (Irn Bru) and a top drink which I would have bought crates of at this price if available.

Voted Hot I buy this and it is £1.15 in Tesco, 99p in Morrisons with a special wrapper on it. Very good price hope it stays low till Tuesday.

This is probably one of the greatest drink on a hot summer's day and always tastes better from a glass bottle straight from the fridge, If you've never tried it then demand you local ASDA or Cost Cutters get it in or drive to Scotland for this 100% sugar drink.

Red Kola
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Red Kola is a carbonated soft drink made from fruit extracts including flavouring from the kola nut. The main manufacturer and supplier is Barr's with the other being Currie's (an Ayrshire based supplier from Dunn's Food and Drink).

As with other Barr's products, such as Irn Bru, it is widely sold throughout Scotland and can be purchased in various containers including returnable glass bottles (colloquial: Glass Cheque - Value 4Bob or 20pence Sterling). It is virtually impossible to find in English shops (ASDA supermarkets and some Cost Cutters stock it), though cans have been known. It is also somewhat mysteriously absent from AG Barr's product list on their website.

Oh well, if that's the criteria for voting cold these days, I'll be sure to cold vote all deals from Netto and Home Bargains.

Voted Hot - this stuff is absolutely brilliant - one of the most refreshing and tasty drinks you could ever wish to sample. Shame for everybody whose Asda don't have it but on the plus side you won't get addicted to the stuff like me.

Difference being Asda have stores across the UK and also deliver groceries online but this is not available unless you live in the right part of the UK. :whistling:

ASDA do lots of things that you can only get in certain stores, They do alot of local/regional products like cheeses/meats/drinks/breads, Its only over the last 15 years that you could get Barrs Irn-Bru in England, I guess your not ready or we're keeping our Red Kola a secret from you:p

Still no reason to vote cold! Its not my fault Asda dont want to give u tasty drinks!!! Dont shoot the messenger! lol. Theres loads of deals that are England only or no stores in Scotland e.g nettos, wilkonsons, that i see but vote hot if i think the deal is a bargain, or just a good find, i dont act bitter and vote cold!! lol, anyway, even if you all vote cold, as long as somebody got use from this deal to get cheap juice, im happy :-)

Is it one of those region drinks...like red lemonade...I had to order that in from Ireland for my Dad's birthday (ah memories).
Life is so unfair!!!
B&M, Netto, Home Bargains...
Contrary to popular belief, we are not all rich down South (certainly not in my Town)... We need bargains too!!

(Rant over) :x
