I've had a bit of bad luck when ordering the red bunch, just now, for my mum. I completed the payment page, after which there is a confirmation page, and I got an error. I checked my email account and Nochex have sent me an email to confirm payment but because I couldn't confirm the order, it doesn't look like it went through and I've had no e-mail from them.
I've just sent them an email to make them aware of exactly what I wished to order and that I went thorugh Quidco, so I'm hoping that their customer support is good.
ValueFlora should get back to you pretty quick antonfrompreston, as that's happened to a couple of my orders from them before and they've been very good with their customer service

Do you think they will sort out the Quidco as well, considering that I have given them my username.
I'm not sure about that, as it would need to be tracked. I lost one of mine because it didn't track, but another did track even though the payment part went a bit wrong.
Still available for the same price ... these are gorgeous! :)
Did anyone actually recieve their Christmas Bouquet ?
I ordered the Red Spice Xmas Bouquet for my wife in the Middle of December. I was charged for them but they never arrived. Instead my wife was sent a pathetic bunch of purple singapore orchids. I have since contacted customer services at Value Flora who claim that they ran out of stock and reserve the right to supply alternative goods of a similar value:

Unfortunately, we did run out of our Red Spice item, so we had to upgrade
your order to Orchids.
There should have been a note in the parcel explaining this, stating:
Due to stock limitations, we have been forced to replace
your Red Spice Bouquet with our Orchids instead.
We apologise for any disappointment and hope you enjoy your flowers!

Our website does clarify that we may from time to time, have to substitute
items but they are always to the same or greater value than paid.

Sorry to know that shoei :? No way a Christmas bouquet can be replaced by a orchid bunch. BTW, did they give you refund as the orchids are 1/2 the price of red spice?

No, Value Flora are refusing a refund as they consider that the orchids are a suitable replacement. They have failed in their customer service and I doubt that I will be using them again. I would advise anybody considering making an order to tread carefully as they seem to cover themselves with their terms and conditions.I wonder if the Christmas Bouquets ever existed or was it just a ploy to get fools to part with their money ?????
