Why can it only be used for 15 minutes at a time? :?

"This was the biggest waste of time EVER! We spent ages putting it together - only to discover that it wasn't a hydraulic action (our fault for not reading the blurb closely enough - although it wasn't made ever so clear!) and then we read the instructions to discover that you can only use it for 15 minutes at a time!!!!! What's the point of that? I do 45 minutes 4 or 5 times a week - you don't even start burning fat until you've exercised for 20 minutes - can only assume this item is pointless unless used in conjuction with other equipment as part of a 'circuit training' type approach. Would NOT recommend it!"
Pointless product to be honest. Just go out for a walk, or invest a bit more in a decent exercise bike or rowing machine.

Its a low level stepper for people either starting exercising or using it for rehabilitation, im sure it doesnt shut down after 15mins, just reset and start again
