Good lord, that's some basic counting we learned in primary school. oO Do teachers these days really have to do special courses to learn how to add?! Also it's "there", not "their". Teacher assistant, please tell me you're joking...

clown....

makes your feel like a big man over the internet?

To be honest he has a point if someone can't perform at primary school level maths then do they really have a place teaching?

There is nothing wrong with people trying to better themselves.

Level 2 is equivalent to gcse level A-C not primary.

Nah level 2 is not equivalent as it's seen as a lesser/unknown qualification compared to GCSE.
Sorry but that made zero sense. Gcse grade a-c is level 2.

As someone with these qualifications and has had experience talking to employers about them, you have no idea what you're talking about.

No, you dont have a clue.

Give me a break. level 2 is not a qualification, its a framework system encompassing a variety of different qualifications.

As someone who apparently advises employers, you should know better.

Level 2 is equivalent to gcse level A-C not primary.

Grade C GCSE means that you've somehow managed to survive through few years of rather basic education and are able to count spare change for a bus. Good enough if you want to be cashier in Tesco but I would't let anyone with this grade help children at school.

Get a grip.

You should get a grip,it seems as though whatever grade you got at school, it wasn't enough to stop you from posting illogical and rude puke all over this thread.

Now you seem to be changing the subject from level 2 being equivalent to primary to "C is not enough" to assist a teacher...... ASSIST!! a teacher in a primary school teaching far bellow a grade C in maths.

Would be great if usable in my area.... and that included online ones *confused*. Cheers though :)
thanx..xx
good find for those who need it...
Only 3 on line courses rest in locations
The free courses look very basic and are all classroom based and the ones I looked at said you need to be on benefits to apply for them, but for someone who has no qualifications it might be a good opportunity.

Pretty expensive way to learn. You'd be cheaper buying a book & using free online material. The money saved would pay for the exam.

This ^^^^^, can't understand why some people who want to be in IT pay these prices for training from a two bit learning system when better info is available online for free.
only decent ones are network plus, sever plus and security plus.

Ah I see, maybe not so good then :(
Looks like training only. Exams will likely be over and above the cost of this.
