Reflex is offering a 2.03kg tub of all-in-one bodybuilding supplement, a 300g of pre-workout and a 750ml stainless steel shaker for £39.99!

An all in one supplement also known as a ‘stack’ is basically a supplement which contains products with different intended purposes i.e. a pre-workout product, an intra-workout product and a post-workout product.

Reflex OSX contains whey protein, complex carbs (low GI), creatine, Beta analine, BCAAs and a host of other macros and micros.

Normally a 2.03kg of Reflex OSX retails for £52.99 it goes to say that this is a great deal when you consider what you’re getting for your money. You don’t have to use the pre-workout along with the shake, as the matrix already has that included per serving. That can be saved and used for another time, maybe when you’re ‘cycling’ and just want a protein whey based supplement.

The deal breaker is that you get all of this with FREE delivery; I ordered yesterday before 1pm and the package was delivered by 1pm today. So I’m either very lucky or they’ve thrown in a next day delivery with the deal!

Reflex OSX is a great supplement especially if you’re just starting out or don’t want to have to spend money on several supplements at a go.

This OCTOBER OFFER is a no brainer.

14 servings isn't amazing but you could split it up so it is a months supply.

Reflex have really stepped up in quality of ingredients used so no doubt about it they are a good company.

But you could just by from myprotein and save yourself some money

So true! Thanks for your contribution. I guess if it's an ordinarily Whey Protein powder you're seeking then this All-in-One may not be suited for one's needs. I like the product for what it is...a stack; I believe this is where most folks are getting it wrong. This is basically a wholesome supplement (Macros, micros, added BCAAs, creatine and a preworkout) one has to see the bigger picture especially if you do some serious lifting. Now with regards to fourteen servings...uhm hell naw oO! I never go by the recommended servings on the label, that's just for the benefit of the manufacturer/distributors (it only serves to keep you the end user coming back for more way too soon). Remember that you only need so much protein per lean body mass and if your diet is on point then you will also be supplying your body with good quality macros and micros too.
Don't forget it is just what it is...a "supplement" and not a replacement for food 8). Bottom line is that at the end of the day this product may not be suited for everyone, I guess I should have made this clear in the description from the start (_;)

I do. An all in one at this price is poor even with the bundle, also it's not something you'd take before training so the pre workout comment is invalid.

Now I'm really intrigued...for clarification what would you take before training (excluding food i.e) and if you do not mind would you be kind enough share the details here of a better priced bundle? I'd only be too happy to learn something new from you :)

Even if you split this dosage in half its still around 25 grams of protein which is the same as a scoop of whey.

Whey is already high in bcaas in good quality branded proteins. You can tell this by the Leuicine content. So unless you don't get much protein or train fasted when bcaas is not really necessary.

All you need is some caffeine and beta alanine and hmb

One stop extreme is definitely worth it if you break down nearly a pound for a scoop I might have to purchase it
