Smart people are already returning the tablets they got last week in a moment of weakness :D

i think the white one is 2gb ram, at least according to the specs on the main argos website. can be had for £99 new, though don't know when the price will come down again

edit: maybe it's the 'Tab' that has 2gb ram and the 'Tab 2' only has 1gb ram? if so not a very hot deal, imho

I bought this for a tenner more, the screen was horrible, really blocky and blurred. The low resolution at this screen size was awful. I returned it to Argos for a no quibble exchange for the A10-70 with a much higher resolution of 1920x1200 @ £149.99 and I am much happier with it, everything looks pin sharp with no pixelation.

For comparison, pixel counts:

a10-30 (1280x800) = 1024000 pixels
a10-70 (1920x1200) = 2304000 pixels (more than double)

How did you manage to return it?
They wouldn't take mine because box was opened and it wasn't faulty

I just took it to the checkout and said 'im returning this as the screen is awful, I want to pay the extra £50 and upgrade to the next one up, here is the number' She quickly checked the contents of the box and completed the transaction and that was that.

OP worth mentioning refurb in thr title? Mods??

If its only got 1GB of Ram they should be paying you to take it away.

Cold for me.

If this is 1gb its not a deal for me
Far better tablets with 1gb new for less money
1gb tablets are not worth spending your money on IMO.
