Whilst these are a damned good price, thought I would give you my experience, I jumped on these when they were 129 quid and free postage. It arrived with a faulty keyboard and nothing in the box except the netbook, charger and battery.

I phoned D & J Henry, said I bought a U135 from Argos ebay and the woman replied with "Is it a faulty keyboard?".

They collected it, "repaired it" and sent it back with the exact same fault. So after way over a week, I decided enough was enough and asked for a refund, they collected it last week, and after much chasing of argos they came back with a refund can take up to 14 days, even though you pay instantly with Paypal, they dont refund back instantly even when they get it back.

Not a good experience, and wont buy from again, good luck to all those who do, but according to the woman I spoke to at D & J Henry who do their repairs, they have had a load with faulty keyboards.

That's a shame mate, sounds like your one was a definite dud.

I bought one at £129 as well and it's been faultless. Installed ubuntu in place of xp and upgraded the ram for less than £10.

Depends what you're after it for. If you just want a machine to use for surfing the net, storing photos, watching video and listening to music, you don't really need anything with higher specs. If you're after a gaming machine, I agree you'll need to pay more...but a lot more than £150 more.

This is the windows 7 version, with only a 3 cell battery. The Acer D260A for a couple of quid less from the same Argos outlet, is a much better model in my experience (if you're ok with purple)
I purchased one of the £129.99 MSi's a couple of weeks ago and so far no issues with it. Just dont think it is that great a netbook and doesnt seem to like to play videos and iplayer whilst on battery. And the sound is crap. Best just for surfing.

You should give ubuntu a try on your machine. You can download it (http://www.ubuntu.com/netbook/get-ubuntu/download) and trial it without removing xp to see if you like it. I agree on the sound front, best to have some earphones at the ready.
