Refurbished Products

Refurbished products are all 100% OK! In fact, they represent amazing value for money, especially as we offer all our refurbished products with a full ONE YEAR warranty.

These products may be classed as refurbished for a number of reasons:

* They may have been previously sold, and subsequently returned to one of our parent stores and not put back on sale for cosmetic packaging reasons. This is often as little as a broken seal.
* Alternatively, they may simply have incurred a minor amount of cosmetic packaging damage during handling in the day to day running of our business.
* Some items may also have been returned to our parentstores with a reported fault or where a customer had difficulty in using.

All of these products are returned to our certified testing facilities, examined and fully tested. Only products classified by our professional inspection and testing process as "A1 Condition", fully tested, working, and complete are then made available for sale through Clearance Bargains. Any products that don’t meet these high standards are never sold through our eBay shop or retail stores. All of our refurbished products are sold in there original manufacturers packaging unless stated on the listing.

The fact that we guarantee the products for a full year means that you can purchase with full peace of mind.

REMEMBER: WE CLEARLY STATE IN EVERY TITLE, SUBTITLE OR LISTING IF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT IS REFURBISHED. IF IT DOESN’T SAY REFURBISHED THEN IT’S ALWAYS BRAND NEW!

no cos the deals of the day is ebay businesses with a standard they have to stand too, while ebay auctions are generally one item. Ebay deals are a set price with set # of items and from trustworthy businesses.

Maybe, but Littlewoods are on there and not many people on this site would class them as trustworthy!

I was in the trafford centre Manchester last week and WHSMITH were doing new ones for £120 for anyone thats interested. Thats for the original WiiSports pack (not resort with motion+)

maybe if they use codes not allocated to them but littlewoods have been around for ages and I have no problems using them or any outlets

I don't think a refurb is worth £115 especially without Wii Resort.

£115 for a 2nd hand console thats got 10 year old technology in it in the first place?

Absolute disgrace.

The continued acceptance of such goods under the 'clearance' or 'refurbished' moniker as being some kind of good deal on here really is worrying.

It wasnt even worth £100 when it came out in its Gamecube guise and its not worth it 8 years later.

Stone cold as cold can be.

Its 'worth' whatever somebody is willing to pay for it and at the last count they'd sold 78 on that listing, so from an impartial point of view I'd say the price is pretty much where it should be.

If you can make them cheaper set up and sell them for whatever they are 'worth', you'll make a killing!

Come on its not second hand - Its going to be a damaged box or a return that has been tested. These have a 12 month warranty same as a brand new product. The cheapest you can by this for brand new is £135 so I think £115 is a good price for a "referb" (not second hand)

Its not any tom, dick and harry selling there old used console - this is Argos selling items that they cant legally call brand new.

Spot on. Hot from me, this a is a brand new console with 12 months guarantee at a bargain price.

Would I rather pay twenty quid more for a pristine box that's going in the bin? No.

Sorry but a Refurbished product is not a "Brand New" by anyone's standards

Im happy that in this case it pretty much is.

Not sure why this has expired - still 136 units available.

Mine was delivered yesterday and it is just as I suspected slightly damaged box (only very slightly) it had a big sticker on saying managers special so I suspect it was piled high in a particular store where the box must have got damaged. Well worth the saving in my opinion.
