Edited By: KingCampo on Apr 07, 2011 23:55: Corrected chip number from 605 to 650
Cheap as chips! good buy...
some great deals available from currys outlet, this is very hot, i think the processor is 650?
there is no i5 605, is this the 650 you think?

It's the i5-650, yes - must be an error on eBay site as main Currys site has it correct. See Intel's website for chip info: I've corrected title.

Got to say wouldn't this make a nice hackintosh?
I was too busy looking at something else as well! I was getting this :(
woohoo i snapped up one of the 6 available :D didnt know they had that few

is this overclockable or will it be locked down?

ive already ordered an i5 760,6gb ram, mobo & psu for about £200 so not sure if i should get a case etc or just keep this
this guy off a buying and selling forum, he is pretty awesome gets loads of components for cheap, got me a 120gb vertex 2E for £110 del and then had the i5 760 with mobo bundle for sale and a 6870 which he sorted out for £260

so i asked if he could get a psu and ram and he said he could do it all for £350

gonna sell the 6870 for about £140+ so it works out to roughly £200 :D 700w ocx psu too!

You have to be quick wih these deals!!! It only took them 20 minutes to seel the 6 units!
Got one yesterday, thanks OP
What puts the i5 above the i3?

4Mb cache vs 3Mb cache. Bit like the T7300 and T8100 in that respect.
got mine today, will open it up later and check it out

opened it up, havent switched it on

comes with a wireless keyboard and mouse thats boxed, cant remember the brand

the packaging itself is pretty bad, they just put random pieces of polystyrene around the tower lol

gonna switch it on tonight probably
Opened mine up wired packard bell keyboard and wired mouse (not boxed wrapped in bubble wrap, but looks brand new). All looks brand new, will not plug it in until tomorrow when my new monitor arrives. Packaging was ok on mine,
Does this computer have any HDMI Port's or will I be able to connect it to a 32 inch TV?

Many Thanks in advance
