Yes it is as per their website - Handset will work on any network. Last week I got a LG viewty snap from them and it was unlocked as specified.

They are part of carphonewarehouse. Bought a phone last week and the service was very good. Next day delivery and the phone was perfect.
Got this. Not a bad phone, nice features, good battery, but I find the keyboard a bit too small for my fingers.
Can anyone tell me if they offer any extra warranty or any warranty in the first place since this is a refurb handset?
