Some great Tvs there. I'd happily take one of these refurbs for the savings if i was looking for one of these tvs.

Brought from them; stay away; 1) very very poor customer service- good luck if anything goes wrong- try and find some one to talk to; even worse wait ( till your warranty expires)

That's if u received it good in first place!

I echo the above comments - I ordered a 55" for £599 way back in March arrived with scratches and severe light bleed - was a nightmare sending it back too.

I had to wait a while but my brand new 55" arrived this week from John Lewis albeit for £799 but 5 year guarantee and peace of mind of brand new set.

Or you get a excellent TV thats not been used more than a few times at very good price... I purchased 2 TVs from here one came with a bend in the tv screen (wasnt easily noticable except from an angle) I returned it for a full refund. Make no mistalke their customer service aint great but if you are willing to risk it you can get a bargain

If you can put up with headaches, packing unpacking and spend half a day contacting them- great yeah!

Too much headache to be a bargain for me! Just as good as gumtree- that may be better- at least u know what you are in for!

£500 to £1000 is a lot to take a risk on when people (even you) are reporting damage, and rubbish customer services. just my 2 cents.

Fair enough each to their own but the previous threads had a mixture (alot more good than bad) of outcomes with these TVs. As someone who purchased more than one and had an issue I was just trying to show that I got my money back in good time and was able to buy another TV from them.

These guys are complete cowboys don't do it! They sell faulty returns as refurbs. Mine came with scratches and severe bleed all over the screen and food marks and they refused to collect so I had to pay for a courier to send it back at my own expense then waited over a month for a refund. If you still want to buy from here then good luck you will need it!

website looks awfully similar to Sony's official one. Is it an official reseller?
They have stores around the country so I suppose if you can visit a local one and happy with what they have in stock then could be bargain.

Yes, it's the official Sony franchise site. The refurbs are refurbished by Sony, the franchises sell them on behalf of Sony.

I purchased a x8509 from them earlier in the year for £599, my set is great.
