What you mean "Did we forget something"?
Don't patronise me

Refurbished or not it is still a good deal. My last TV was a refurb and it lasted years. Good deal.

Then put REFURBISHED in the title. But then the deal wouldn't look so good would it. That's why you left it out

I didn't vote hot or cold, but being refurbished is a relevant fact that should be in the title

Then put REFURBISHED in the title

Or at least somewhere in the first post. Assume its a 12 month warranty (info also missing)

If you look on my previous ebay posts I always put reburbished! its not a fact of it not looking good it was purely a mistake. If you put it in a non patronising way then that is fair enough, but there are ways of saying things!

I'm sure anyone who clicked on the link would be able to see that for themselves. I assume most people can read and check the product description before buying, or is this nation as a whole getting more stupid? Lol. Anyway mine turned up today, it is in pristine condition and works perfectly. :)

You've taken the time to reply to my post, but it seems you are still unwilling to include the word refurbished?

Oh and I never meant any offense

Maybe I am being pedantic, but I still feel it is best practice to include all relevant information. As to the nation as a whole getting more stupid most definitely :p

Leave Geemac alone. You should have put it in the title.
Stop being nasty. Learn how to post. tsk.

You should really take "(happy now Geemac?)" out of the title, makes you look a bit childish.

Geemac was right to point this out - when people spot a good deal they don't always read the full details and may have just gone and ordered this quickly before they sold out. Also most people most members vote hot or cold based solely on the title of the thread.....

So thanks for updating the title Jonny

hot deal , YES hot deal! Not that i will be buying one !

That is so small...even for a kids TV! I'd spend an extra few quid and get a cheap 20"-22" at the very least

I'm with the poster, you click buy without reading it's your own stupid fault. Also there is suggesting something could be added to the info and going overboard. I agree that it would be better in the description, but all it needed was Geemac to mention it was a refurb on the thread, not to repeatedly hammer it home.

He may have been right but he didn't have to point it out like an idiot.

Anyone who orders something quickly without reading what they are actually ordering is an idiot and deserves what they get.

People shouldn't vote a deal purely based on the title, that's just idiotic!

Cold for the title personally - no need to be pedantic yourself.

As oppose to Geemac who comes across as really rude, is it any wonder there's just no need for any of this if people read back what they post before hitting submit it'd save a whole lot of heartache

Personally i'd spend the £40 extra and get the 19" LCD for £109 from ebuyer I posted yesterday, bigger and "brand" new ove refurb, still under a ton so a nice price and thanks for posting it

Sorry to disagree, but this same point has been argued in many threads if an item is refurbished it should be prominently mentioned. Why did it take so long for the poster to do this? Maybe I came across as rude it was not my intention.

I am sorry if I upset anyone. This includes 007

arrived today(lads room for his PS3) 15.4 did sound small to me especially seeing as I use a 15.6 laptop but it is actually quite usable, I gave it a test earlier with Skate 3, Outrun & Planet Minigolf, I was 4 odd ft away and it was more than adequate, the lad is well chuffed he is now HD'd up so thats the main thing. the built in freeview PQ is also very good..

lets see how long it lasts, I am a bit worried about how many of these they have refurb'd but time will tell, plus it has 12 month warranty and the TV along with its box looked nothing other than spank new.
