I own this TV and it's great. Not the best for SD, but for high def it's amazing.

One thing to bear in mind - the TV is picky about working with some graphics cards via HDMI or DVI if you're going to use a HTPC with it. I've had problems with the ATI Radeon HD3200 (780G chipset), though almost all others are reported to work without a problem.

Even apart from being a LOT of money for a second-hand telly, this looks to be so old a model you couldn't buy a new one even if you wanted to!

I have 2 of these, a 37" the same as this (bought in the Sainsbury's ~£390 deal), and a 42" (bought from the Argos stretford £375 deal)

Both these deals were ages ago, but at the time were blindly hot.
So I guess getting the same product (but 2nd-hand) for approx. the same price isn't all that hot.
It isn't cold either though; as I don't think you'll get a 37" 1080p screen cheaper than this.

Regarding the product itself, I have to agree with previous post - HD is fine, SD is poor.
Also, it won't accept anything over 1024x768 through the vga port.
