Was in the copenhagen lounge last year using lounge pass so should be included with this too. nice lounge there btw though it closes at 20:30 which was a little early for our 22:30 flight.

Thanks for the info guys. Our flight is at 2pm and we are looking to get there for 11am so this looks ideal. For what you get £15 is well worth it considering we usually spend that much on food and drink when we're at the airport anyway! Great spot jase79

I've never been in an airport lounge, is any/all food and drinks included (including alcohol) the website just says food and drink but doesn't say what sort of thing?

Gatwick lounges shut at 8pm and 5pm!

Is this available for Terminal 5 a London Heathrow? They seem to have a few lounges so I'm a bit confused, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

The serviceair one at LGW north terminal states "Guest limitation - Maximum 3 accompanying guests", does that mean you can purchase one pass and take 3 guests free???

i think this is a waste of money.... the stress part of the airport experience is still the 2 -3 hour queue at security and then the queue at the gate, neither of which you can avoid even with 5 minutes in an oasis of calm.
although i must admit £15 doesn't buy anything at airport prices, so if you're going to spend it why not on a comfy seat.

The picture at the top of the page is the Plaza Premium lounge in Heathrow's Terminal 2. I regularly use it with Priority Pass and I'd say that I've saved money compared to eating in the restaurants. Food and drinks are included but I think that you can pay a bit extra for premium brand spirits. There's usually a selection of soup, salad, cold cuts and cheeses together 3-4 hot meal options. If the lounge in Terminal 5 is included then it's a nice enough place to sit but the food selection is tiny. You might also have to queue at the T5 lounge during busy periods.

Customers must be 18 and over... Cost is £15 per pass including children.

So can anyone confirm children can use this. Would I need four 02 sim cards or can I purchase 4 passes on my priority account.

Thanks

A queue for security is never 2-3 hours, if it was everyone would miss their flights.

Lounge access is well worth paying for, it reduces the stress and as some other members have pointed out can be cheaper than spending money in the bar/restaurant while you waste time.

you've been lucky... i've often been stuck is a snaking queue at the security check-in, fretting i won't get to the boarding gate on time, and i've always arrived at the airport early enough... along with 'the gate closes 40 minutes before boarding' means the length of time not sitting around has increased, sort of cancels out the calm and meditation of your comfy chair.

I travel frequently for work. If that situation arises you either pay to clear security quicker (most airports have some kind of option) or you speak to someone and explain you are close to missing your flight and ask that they take you to the front of the queue.

Exactly, we like to have a few drinks and grab something to eat and it always costs more than £15. Booking this for our flight to Budapest for the F1 in July :D:D:D
