better to buy something from poundlend and it will be much usefull than this remington

This a very good price for this, I bought one the other week from Comet [email protected] (or whatever they call it) for £19.99.

The clipper comb attachments (grade 1,etc...) are a bit flimsy, but this has a really good short clip on them, unlike the Philips QC5170, which only goes to about a grade 3 or 4.

Very good buy I think.

bought these last year and have had no complaints. In fact the best ones I have bought in a long time.

been using a Remington for last 3 years and its been excellent.very quite and does a good job.mines only corded so might get this for the cordless convenience.

hot from me.

Bought one about a year back from Costco for a similar price. Been fine till now unlike the previous Remington made in China foil shaver i had that was replaced 6 times.:(

Purchased from costco also, about 4 months ago, for ~£16

Only grumbles are poor battery life (you can used it plugged in anyway), and there not being a clip size between 18mm and 25mm.

excellent deal, you pay about a tenner sometimes just for the replacement attachment combs

My dad got one of these, within a week it stopped working. but if you tap it on a wall you can sometimes get it to work. And as its a sealed unit you cant open it up and fix it. So he bought a wahl instead, and its 100 percent great, as all wahl products weve had are. Seriously, avoid this one.

don't keep tapping it on the wall send it back for a refund, why would you even consider opening it up to fix it yourself after one week?

because it was off some ebay seller and would be more trouble than its worth, plus having to pay postage costs etc. We only paid 15 quid anyway.

fair enough your choice, i sent two £6 items back lately under the 7 day distance selling rule for a refund but that's me.
