?? Am I missing something

Nm someone selling for 44 :) Completly forgot how amazon worked then, decent price and the review seems to praise it highly.
Hot :)

you have to wait 1-2 months
#3
it is not actually amazon itself that are selling it, it is ' shavers_uk' where you are buying it from.

Estimated despatch date for this shaver is 17 Mar - 7 April 2008 - but worth the wait, although I may need a beard trimmer as well by then. Voted hot, hot, hot.

PS - many thanks for the post Amibees! :-D

I voted cold by mistake, sorry. I did add rep. Good deal

I am tempted to buy this, however I can't find a single decent review of this product apart from what is post on Amazon site. Has anyone used it before? Drop from 140 to 44 is pretty big, seems to me that it was not that popular and Amazon are trying to get rid of it.

Gr8 find, ordered and added heatttttttt:-D

I couldn't find much on it either so I just searched 'remington shaver' on amazon and looked at the reviews on other shavers in the same series - apparently with the same blades.
Not very good reviews at all so I am going to give this a miss and hold out for a good deal on a philips.
Needed a new shaver for months now so I guess I may have to take the plunge some time soon!

I ordered one from Empire Direct and it got here a few days later. Really pleased with it. Great price! Don't forget your Quidco!

Must admit i bought a Remington shaver with the carbon blades, absolute rubbish, binned it, ended up buying a Philips Smarttouch far better shaver.

Ahh thanks B33fy, that must be why I can't find a good review on it, and that is why all of a sudden everyone is selling it so cheap.

Just got the R3 shaver from the same range - good value at £20 delivered from Amazon themselves (down from £50). However - despite having titanium coated long lasting blades (so sayeth their advertising) - the instruction book says to replace them every 6 months!! Not so long lasting then. I presume this shaver is similar.

I bought one of these from boots who had the same deal on line before xmas and with an additional £10 voucher i got it for a similar price. Looks are good, designed by BMW i think however i am dissapointed with the quality of the shave. For a shaver that RRPs at £139 i dont think it cuts close enough and it takes me twice as long to shave in the morning as my old foil razor which was £50... so its your choice, great look vs great shave. Thought you should know!

Ordered one last night after seeing the deal. Read the negative comments this evening and decided to cancel and order some new heads for my 3-year old Philishave 8870 instead, £21 from eBay

Bought this last week. The similar model F720 was given high marks and a best buy in which magazine. It even beat the latest Philishave as well! Have used it twice and would say it is better than my old smart xl razor. :)

Now back in stock ready for delivery!

RRP - Recommended retail price
Not always what retailers sell it at but as it states it is the Recommended retail price.
And if you bought it at boots at the moment that is what you would pay.

This need to be 'un-expired' as it is in stock at this price.

Hi Beanz,

I have just ordered this item from EmpireDirect and I saw that you also bought from them.

Can I ask how they deliver, is it Royal Mail or Courier?

How long did it take?

I have heard bad reviews for their company so I just wanted to see your views.

Thanks
Kenny
