Description

The RC helicopter Gyro Apache lets you take remote control flying to new levels.

The super responsive and stylish RC Helicopter Gyro Apache is at the cutting edge of remote control flight. With a 3 channel control system and an innovative sleek, stealth like design, flying has never been so easy or precise.

Unlike previous generations of helicopters, this is a three-channel system with Advanced Gyro which means that the helicopter can be flown with complete control. Left - Right - Up - Down - Forward - Backward - Hover

The RC helicopter comes with an auto-balance gyro system; this responsive helicopter is super stable and goes exactly where you want it to, so you won't face the problem off flying of track! The Gyro Apache includes the ultimate in precision control and handling and has the kind of features you would usually associate with bigger RC helicopters with a hefty price tag!

The Gyro Apache is simple to charge either with USB or via the remote control. With a full charge this beauty will fly for in excess of 8 minutes. Very robust and can certainly handle a few crash landings within reason.

To enhance its sleek and stealth look, the helicopter has one white LED light on the front, perfect for those night time flights.

Just remember you will never be out maneuvered with the Gyro Apache.

Apache AH-64A: US$20 million (2007) but may have gone up in price since then lol think this would annoy the cat and most probably your neighbours, the police force, the army & air force as wel......

To annoy your cat, this would be best (or the S107).

I got the S006G, which is a bigger one (About £40), you'd probably slice the cat's head off with it.

Hot!

(But I want the one to slice the neighbour's cat's head off!)

You can get some really good 3 ch ones with metal frames and much better build quality on fleabay for about this price from chinese sellers with excellent FB....they also sell the spares for when you eventually brake parts.

No... even the crappy foam winged planes that snap when you hit something are more than that.

17 is a bargain considering there 40 elsewhere if you do a quick googley.
#25
thanks everyone, my cat is in for a real shocker. I don't want to slice it's head off though :(
#26
Nah, US military Apache gunships are much better than this.... voted cold!

Lead times are a lot longer on the eBay ones though as they are sent from China. However, I have ordered one for £15.40 as the concept of a helicopter for such a small amount of money is irresistible. Cheers slamdunkin and OP.

is that a ROFLCOPTER?
#29
It looks a little too plastic for me. I would consider spending a little more and get one with a metal frame such as: http://www.minihelicopter.co.uk/syma-s107.html.

Like slamdunkin says above similar versions of the Syma are available on ebay for around this price for those not wanting to spend the extra.

Thinking of getting something like this for my 8yr old lad for Xmas. Should I buy this or would I be better off getting a Chinese one off eBay?
#31
can you have dogfights with these

I had my Remote Control Gyro Apache Helicopter arrive today.

http://i186.photobucket.com/albums/x11/Batman2468/Temporary/3daf06c9.jpg

It comes with a USB charging lead so you can charge your helicopter from your PC and save having to wate your batteries that are in the controller. The helicopter also comes with some spare rota blades if you damage yours by accident.

You will need a very small philips head screwdriver to open up the battery compartment which is a real pain, why they had to have a screw and not a simple catch like other remote controls is just weird.

It is a little tricky when you first use it, so make sure you have a lot of space and try and just hover it close to the floor as the last thing you want is for the helicopter to drop fom a great height.
