Just been told by an employee at T-Mobile that they have signed a deal with Blockbuster to allow T-Mobile customers the chance to get 2 games or 2 movies (or a combination), 2 snacks and a soft drink for a fiver.

To claim this deal you simply need to text "Night In" to 3000 (obviously from a T-mobile sim). You will then receive a code which you will need to show to the cashier.

It is available Monday to Thursday only, and only once a week.

Once you text for a code you then have to use that code before Thursday that same week.

Desperately want to leave T-Mobile... but I'll certainly be making use of this offer.

Game rentals went up to £6.25 in BB recently so this really is a bargain

And how do you know this if I may ask? Games are rentable for One Week thats all games weither they are New Releases or not. DVDs/Blu Ray's are for One Night for New Releases and Vary for other older films.

Just out of interest, what kinda snacks/drink? Bigger/sharing packs or individual bar size?
suspended#13
great deal
#14
Not been that interested in renting films but i will certainly be taking advantage of this offer when it starts, seems a lot more reasonable in price now! :)
#15
dont see the point in paying to rent games for a week when you can just buy a game and take it back after a week for nothing if you don't want it or completed everything. Its crazy!
#16
I've just given my 30day notice to T-Mobile but think I will use this offer whilst I can.
Can anyone recommend any good new film releases?

it's only for 2 nights if the staff take one of the £6.25 rentals.
if staff take the £4.25 game rentals then they get to keep them ones for a week.

The prices of the games prior to the increased prices were £5.95 for a new(ish) game and £3.95 for an old(ish) game

This seems like a fantastic offer if your a gamer... not that fantastic for films though

From the news article posted...
From next week, customers can take a combination of either two videos, two games, or a combination of both, for two nights, as well as receive two snacks and one soft drink.

save yourself a fiver and get £7 cashback!

Just join bb online and you get 30 days and 2 instore rentals and then cancel at the end of the 3 weeks and on the 5th week rejoin! you get paid to get dvds :)
#21
If you speak to T-mobile then they will more thatn likely fobb you off as i dont think this is supposed to be known to the public yet.

Wait till next week.

I rented Battlefield 2 for £6.25 and got it for a week so this may vary from store to store
#24
It's two nights on games and dvd's i was reading a email that came down yestarday explaining how to do the transaction, and its only bb popcorn, cola and the bb pouchs in the deal
#25
Just joined T-Mobile with the HTC Desire deal. Will definitely be using this sometime soon.
#26
Do you have to refill the bottles of drink and replace the snacks if you're only renting them?.....
#27
You can get one movie and one game or 2 movies (not two games tho!)
One bag of popcorn, bag of sweets and a 2l bottle of cola or diet cola (you can take two bags of popcorn if you want instead of the sweets)

You get both rentals for 2 nights

If you want to take the 4 for £10 rental offer you can and then get all rents for 4 nights and then the confec for free.

Hope this helps

BTW Goes live on monday across the company and is only valid Mon-Thurs
