just keeping a iron in the fire for when I need a replacement lamp for my IN1 (as many HUKD'ers will be shortly) I came across this on Google shopping.

Seems about the cheapest place at the minute. Still kinda miffed that they have shot up from £55 but needs a must if it goes.

If anybody can find one cheaper please share so know where to go when mine pops (either that or I will buy them all up and sell them to you all for greatly inflated prices!)

Wow. That's almost as much as the projector cost me.

Maybe I'll just buy another unit when my bulb dies! ;-)

Thanks for the input though!

mines had 27hours use.....of that i've used around 10-15hours of it so mine was pretty much un-used :) good times

Mad. I bought a bunch of these last year and when I checked, I could get the lamps for £50-60! Huge increase in price!

Although, I still can't find any cheaper than this, so hot.

yeah when i was lookin at buying the projector i checked what price the lamps were

£45-£50 from the site that sold me the projector......now they're around £140 on that site lol.

Might even be worth looking further afield for bulbs when the time comes.

However, with the weak pound I think we may well be scuppered!

I think i found one that worked out around £35 from the u.s but add postage onto it & fear factor that it turns up trashed & its not really worth it :(

Just ordered a replacement lamp for my IN1 for about GBP 55.00 from Research Machines (of all people!). Not sure if this is an original or an OEM replacement unit for the IN1. But it is way cheaper than I could find anywhere else.
