Too jumpy? You wanna play the proper res evils (tho I do like number 5), only games that have ever made me jump! Damn crows, dogs, unsafe walkways etc lol

Bit cross with Resi 5. I have the Move, the original Resi 5, all the DLC, but can't play it with Move as you need this "special edition".

Matedodgy, totally agree. As a huge resi fan, I bought the steel collectors book on release, and am quite disgusted at Capcom for not patching the game like every other franchise as for there's and decided to cash in instead with this edition. Just as well the game wasnt very good and a disgrace to the franchise name.

I thought the game was pretty good in Co-op. Not scary by any stretch of the imagination.

As a co-op action game, it was great. As a Resident Evil, Co-op was one of the major things wrong with this title.

I really enjoyed playing this in co-op, and the extra content is fantastic. The Mercenaries and Lost in Nightmares content is worth the price of admission alone.

Hows about the first time you come back down the corridor on resi 1 and the giant terantulas are on the ceiling?! Not the best for a 13yr old playing his first ever playstation game.

I wish they would make more resi games like 1 & 2. proper scary games. They're like a very poor take on 3rd person shooters now.

Agreed.

Dead Space is meant to be what Resident Evil 5 should have been. Moving and shooting makes all the difference, and it is a hell of a lot more terrifying than Resident Evil 5 (from what I have played - a bit too difficult to go back to after having experienced the revolution that is moving and shooting!

If you ever played the original Silent Hill on the PlayStation you will know what a real scary game is all about. Shuffling down dark school corridors been set upon by knife wielding mutated hobbits is my scariest gaming moment.

Doom 3 was also quite a jumpy one. Almost all set in the dark, with scares round every corner.

I agree. How much game time was spent standing still in fear trying to figure where the thing causing you're radio static was? As for the hospital part.... fugedabadit!
