Voted hot, but be aware you need to boil these to be able to use them again. After a few boils the plastic bag can break down and leak.

ive had mine for about 12 months and they are worth there weight in gold! i use mine every week when watching my son playing football and they keep you from freezing to death on the touchline! i put one in the small of my back as well. HOT HOT HOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
