This is a good if slightly dated beginner's book on personal finance and might be useful if you want to introduce saving to children.

-What can a book written in the 1920s tell modern investors about their finances? A whole lot if it's George Clason's delightful set of parables that explain the basics of money. This is a great gift for a graduate or anyone who seems baffled by the world of finance and a wonderful, refreshing read for even the most experienced investor.---Los Angeles Times

Not a good deal for 99p - it was published in 1926, so is out of copyright and freely available, e.g. here:

http://www.gutenberg.us/articles/eng/the_richest_man_in_babylon_(book)

Probably also available free in audio format from the likes of Librivox.

1923 is the automatic public domain cut off point.

I believe your link is a copy of the wikipedia entry on the book rather than the actual book. The situation is rather more complex e.g.:

https://www.quora.com/When-does-the-copyright-of-Clasons-The-Richest-Man-in-Babylon-expire

Before I posted this I found both copies of the book available online as well as other mentions of the author's estate still claiming to defend it.
