Looks hot to me gutted I live no where near or I would of definitley been on it.
#3
Thanks for the heat-Gervais gets a lot of cold votes on here due to the intense dislike of him-must admit he is not my cup of tea but I have seen a few top comedians at a work in progress show and they are excellent value for money.
#4
I'll tell you what I would travel to london for,
AN AUDIENCE WITH KARL PILKINGTON:thumbsup:
#5
im going to see him in glasgow, cannie wait
#6
no belfast/dublin show. ragin
#7
Hot. Not a fan but a good price.
#8
Looks like i will now really have to be clicking refresh at 9:59am to get the tickets, seeing how its made the front page of HUKD!!

He played the Bloomsbury a few weeks ago, really enjoyed his new material (especially taking apart the story of Noah's Ark) but did need some work as the title of the show implies.

They went on sale randomly one afternoon and was lucky enough to be checking my e-mail at the time and got tickets.

Good luck trying to get tickets for Gervais in a 500 seat venue!

How could people not like Ricky Gervais? He's great.
#11
Great for people with a love for chronically smug, unfunny "comedians".
#12
I went to his last 'work in progress' show roughly 2 and a half years ago. Cost only £12, well worth it, even though we were squashed into a tiny theatre

Hahah, it would certainly be entertaining! Head like a f***ing orange.
#14
When ordering from that site do you get to pick where you want to sit? Or is it just given to you starting from row A depending when you order?

Even greater for people who can spot the fake smugness, which adds to the amusement.

good deal if I your darn sarf ;-)

really enjoyed his new material (especially taking apart the story of Noah's Ark)

He's been doing Noah's ark-related gags since the televised 'Animals' in 2003 and it wasn't funny then.

Ricky Gervais, and even 'The Office' leave me cold I'm afraid.
#19
I went to see politics, wasn't very impressed, the support was terible and I qued longer to pay for the car park than he was on stage.
#20
Ricky Gervais is hilarious! (People saying he's smug-err obviously dont get it at all) Good find!
#21

Anyone know if they allow cancellations?
#27
Probably touts buying them all up for resale. Easy considering you can buy 10 at a time.

Sad, I wanted some for my Dad's birthday (he's a big Gervais fan)
#28
Me neither. What a waste of time.

Website has died..........

#35
Tickets only available for pickup at box office on day of show :)

So I guess no touting then!!
#36
Still no joy
#37
Slow and their server is getting overloaded it seems.

Do preserve though, just got two for the Thursday
#38
Just bagged a pair for Wednesday, Stalls Row E! Thanks to OP!

Just kept hitting continue.
#39
Yep keep plugging away! I got some for Wednesday after 7 or 8 minutes of pressing continue!
#40
Wooh! Got F17 and 18 in the stalls on Thursday, smack in the middle!!

It was really strange, I had been allocated tickets like 5 minutes before, but then my internet connection crashed so I had to try again.. but the first time I got row L, and now I got row F, so pleased that my connection crashed hehe.

I guess all the touts realized when they got to the payment page that tickets had to be picked up on the day itself :)
