Seems a pretty good price for what you get, I paid nearly £300 for my Pioneer DVD player, I bet this isn't as good quality but for under £100 it is a very good buy

I am guessing the motorised touchscreen will eventually die a death either in or soon after warranty expiry.

Have you ever wondered why they always have these recon units ?
#6
well, they get people who return them because they changed their minds - so its open box. my mate at halfords said thats where the majority come from

Just so as you know... I'd not go around recommending that course of action for everyone. The feature is there for a reason its a legal requirement. Since this unit does not also function as a SATNAV it is not classed as a 'driver aid' and so if visible to the driver should not LEGALLY be operable whilst the car is in motion.

It is highly unlikely they would but if you was to have an accident and the insurance company discovered this, they could claim that this was the cause of the crash...

People should just be kept informed! Thats all... Its your choice what you do and I believe it very unlikely they would even bother checking, bit still.

I'm getting the word 'chav'.

been using a cheap make 7" lcd car stereo from ebay for the last 3 years and not had a problem at all. These play anything and everything you throw at them. also with bluetooth so you get hands free all built in to the stereo.
just *b*y for D1302 7" LCD CAR DVD Player MP3 Touchscreen Bluetooth
I paid £30+ more than they sell for now but would but it again should mine fail.

You have seen a Saxo worth £99 ?? Proof and pics or I call lie!

These are PURE ****.

I mean it. Don't buy it, you'll regret it.

Ever wonder why they always have reconditioned Ripspeed?

It's because they were all returned in the first place.

Seriously, save up and get a decent one. I went with the Sony XAV-60 and it's a lot more expensive than this, but at least it's a proper double din and decent sound quality!

It'd just been filled with fuel, hence doubling it's value to around £99 :)
