Here's the blurb ....

"ROBERTS introduces the Expression; a portable DAB / FM stereo radio that makes a style and eco statement. The design of the Expression evokes a wonderful combination of modern meets retro, retaining the stamp of quality synonomous with the brand. With curved ash-effect wooden edges that encase a metal grill both front and back, the radio with carry handle is completely portable and incorporates stereo speakers for high quality sound. The Expression is eco-friendly too, with a built-in battery charger and up to 100 hours of battery life. In keeping with the Expression's deco-inspired appearance, there are two neat rotary tuning and volume controls subtlety incorporated on its top, as well as a favourite station button so youre only ever one touch away from your favourite DJ or show."

Would suspect this is an end of line model. My local Comet had one remaining @ £54.99. Well, I say £54.99, but it came up at the till as £99.99. Thankfully they honoured the £54.99 price tag which was dated October 2010 & which is still valid.

Amazon currently retailing for £88.20, John Lewis £89.95, Fraser's £89.99. Initial impressions ? Great sound quality for a unit of this size. Tunes in easily ... am really chuffed with it.

Happy hunting !

now £99.99 and out of stock so expired.

did seem a great deal though for what looks a great set, better than the usual models around the £50 mark.
I've just returned from Comet with the demo model, they gave me a tenner off it ... £44.99.

Yippee :D
