Good deal this, sister loves these!

Also a deal on in my local co-op: BOGOF on Fanta, Dr Pepper and Lilt.

Four for a pound at Poundland too.

Ok this is a good price, so hot deal. But I have concerns about these. Do they have any chemicals in them that can cause hyperactivity? My two year old loves them but I do worry that they are not as healthy as they could be?

I too wouldn't give these. I agree these bottles are conveneint and are marketed as better than fizzy drinks. But I'm worried about the ingedients. I tried one myself and they taste so artificial. Now we carry small apple juice cartons and water bottles to mix on the go.

Not voting either way.

OMG!! These drinks are lethal!! Keep the kids away from them!
Why do people have to bring up the dangerous chemicals in kids drinks thing every time?

Sadly our life is full of things that shouldn't be there. There are equally dodgy chemicals everywhere we go - the food we eat, the water we drink, the air that we breath. Surely you don't check everything that passes your childs lips? Is every organic fruit or vegetable washed and cooked in purified water? Every peice of meat traced back to the field that the cow lived in and the grass checked for potentially high levels of toxins? Do your kids live in oxgen tents? Do they go near roads? Are they allowed to meet other children - ones that may carry a potentially lethal strain of e-coli under their fingernails.

If I stopped and worried about everything she ate, drank or did I'd be a nervous wreck. I avoid giving her too much sugar, fat or anything that does have e-numbers, artificial colours or other crap in it. But sometimes you can't avoid it or, it simply tastes really good. Moderation is the key here.
My little girl has one of these drinks every couple of days or so. She has Chinese food that invariably has MSG in it. She has lots of things that are 'not good' for her. That makes me a bad Father? Report me to the Child Services.

God forbid your kids get invited to a birthday party - you'd have a fit!
