wouldn't one of those helicopters be more fun for the same money.

these things look like a plastic upright turtle.

Great buy, thought i'd add the V2 Robosapien is also half price at Argos, £49.99
#4
I'd love to get one of the V2 ones just for fun but they take 13 batteries (6 x D 7 x AAA) and I can't imagine them lasting that long or indeed using rechargables they'd be forever charging.

Shame really.

Anyway voted hot because of the price now !!

Youll get a bargain but that money will be spent buying batteries. I can see this sitting on shelves as its a serious battery guzzler.

i wouldnt even pay that much for it they are a load of poop to put it politely i would rather give the money to thew local tramp he would get more pleasure from it than the kid who unwraps this
i bought a roboraptor the other year what a waste of 80 quid

Just like all the people paying over the odds for Nintendo Wii's, try telling kids its no good when they have there heart set on it...better they learn the hard way that they should listen to there elders :whistling:

my 11 year old will love this, thankyou, and i love it because of the price, especially as i also had a £5 voucher from earlier deals!:-D

bring your kids up how you like....but its not difficult...my son gets what he's given and is grateful....he might well ask for a robosapien but if i dont think its worth it or i cant get it....i TALK to him and tell him why....not hard and he is a very good boy....he's 6....i am sure this challenge will be harder as he (and his sister) gets older

To anybody who has reserved it, this is not the same one there selling for £50 in toys r us, this is the older smaller version. My sis is just back from Argos.

thanks for this....thought I had finished my xmas shopping.....but what can you do !
#20
incase these go out of stock b&m have had these for last 2 weeks for £24.99.

Got my lad one of these last year - lasted til Boxing day!

When it walks, it swings back & forth with quite a bit of force, suddenly it stopped walking. When I picked it up there was somethin rattlin' about inside. I opened up its chest and saw that there was a tiny bit of spindly plastic holding the legs to the body or should I saw there was a tiny bit of plastic rattlin about! Apparently this was a well known weak spot on its release but was never corrected

Dont bother using it on anything less than a wood or vinyl floor, the carpet will knacker it up in no time and all it will ever do is walk round in a circle.....forever & ever....

WASTE OF CASH!
