Got this the other day :D THe little one is a bit carp to be fair, it just walks around constantly doing nothing. V2 though would be very cool for anyone (mostly boys) aged 8-38 lol. There is alot to learn on controlling it though!!

Other warnings - its hell to get out the box, tied in well and good. Allow 20mins atleast lol. And stock up on batteries you need 6xD cell, and 7xAAA. DOnt use cheap batts they will go flat quick and/or he will be very sluggish and rubbish.

Overall, worth the 99, not worth the original 199 lol feel sorry for people paid that! Plenty of hours of fun to be had with him :D

Thanks for your thoughts kingkano! I think you'd definitly be right about not using cheap batteries in something like this as well.

Good rechargeables

I wish! lol. Has anybody seen the 10,000 or 12,000mAh D Cell rechargeables for sale in UK?? (regular D cell rechargeables here are about 2600mAh, which is basically a AA bettery inside a D cell holder, and very much useless for this type of toy that has high power requirements!)

Hi Kingkano, Please accept my apologies, mean't to refer to V2 RS Media as you've correctly said. Don't think that Robosapien V3 has been rolled-out onto the market. Interesting to read that V2 RS Media runs on some form of a Linux distro. Personally like the V2 RS Media that featured on the Gadget Show a few weeks ago. Each to their own though I guess. Some will like this some will not. Wonder what features Robosapien V3 will have built-in?.

Just found a Blog that contains an interview with Mark Tilden who's behind the Robosapiens. Quite an interesting read.

Kind Regards.
