Rock Band 3 (Xbox 360) - £17.86 Delivered @ Shopto

The main Rock Band games always seem to hold their value, and this is no exception. This is the cheapest I've seen it after all this time, but well worth the price if you don't care for getting a keyboard.

Rock Band 3 has been only $20 in the US for months http://www.destructoid.com/shrug-and-sigh-rock-band-3-is-19-99-now-198164.phtml , can't believe they haven't done this in Europe too. Maybe the price change will take as long to arrive as teh original Rock Band took.
#23
I bought this for like...£15 months ago at Grainger Games, preowned but they don't have any now.
#24

They just cancelled my order on this due to "an error"
#29
Also just cancelled my order due to an error. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I would describe "absolutely terrible" as them holding onto your order for weeks on end and refusing to respond to all your queries about it :p

I'm sure it was a genuine error. A stock-related one...
#31
What's most annoying is they told me yesterday that it would be dispatched later that day. Ah well, will remember not to shop with them again!
#32
Sounds like an error to me then :p Your loss if you're going to let a relatively minor inconvenience get to you.

It's not getting to me. Just that there's enough shops online to not have to deal with people who treat customers poorly.

And it's really my opinion that this is a pretty minor inconvenience, and just one of the drawbacks of ordering goods online from any online store.

I don't think you were treated poorly. I think it was a genuine mistake and they got back to you pretty quickly in my opinion. To cut yourself out from a good source of deals just seems to me a bit silly :/
#35
I agree it's a minor inconvenience.

Would say they're not a good source of deals if the orders don't get fulfilled. Also, it's not just the cancelled order but also that they also decided to randomly bill me for £3 in addition to my order yesterday (hence why I got in touch with them then).

Not sure why you're so worked up about me not wanting to shop with them again though. You sure you don't work for them? ;)

I've ordered from them a bunch of times and have always known them to be extremely reliable, and this time was no exception. I got my copy of this game this morning, just as I have had with a number of deals either I or others on this site found.

And I'm "worked up" in your words, that you'd call your minor inconvenience an example of terrible customer service. The random billing is a bit more pressing than a cancelled order don't you think? If anything is worth complaining about I thought it would be that.

Which would be why I dealt with the random billing when it happened yesterday. Personally I think they're both pretty bad (keeping in mind that I wouldn't even know my order had been cancelled if I hadn't gotten in touch with them for a second time today).

Still not sure why my opinion on their customer service is getting to you so much though - me not agreeing with your opinion on what constitutes poor customer service wasn't meant to be a personal attack on you. Sorry that you seem to be taking it that way...

Your response is puzzling. And looks like little more than a face-saving exercise in a thread that everyone else is even following considering it's been closed for hours.

I'm more bemused by your behaviour than anything :p
#39
A face-saving exercise? How so? To mention that an order that no one other than me knew I had made had been cancelled and that I thought that was pretty bad.

To be honest, while it's a bit troll-like, I've been keeping it going more than anything because you've been giving me a laugh while I'm stuck late at work by your increasingly irate responses and inability to accept that I have a different opinion from you. I thought it was done and dusted after saying "Ah well, will remember not to shop with them again!" only for you to come back time and again with language suggesting that I was foolish with a level of determination I normally would think would be reserved for if I'd personally insulted a member of your family: how not shopping with them was my "loss"; that cutting myself off from a good source of deals was "silly"; trying to tell me which of my complaints was the most important; and finally accusing me of trying to save face.

Anyway, I look forward to your next response.
