do people take caffeine before going to the gym, isn't water the right drink?

Got a jar from Tesco last week.

Tried two cups.

Consigned the remainder to the bin.

Tis the drink of the devil, I tell you. Aweful stuff. Tastes nothing like coffee.

I hate coffee full stop. People do like this. It's for them that like it. Not a thread for people who don't. Negative nancy

A lot of people who train and lift weights drink coffee before their workouts as a natural stimulating energy source. They don't take a flask to the gym. That would be silly and a health a safely risk.
Think the key word was PRE workout

Worst "coffee" you could ever drink.

Dont do it, get a jar of nescafe or something.

If using for gym alone get some caffeine tabs and a bottle of water. Wont turn your stomach.

What's that insult supposed to mean? I didn't hit either of the vote buttons.

Nah, you want a real pre-workout drink before gym. Try C4 blue razz flavour. Lovely, and much better than a strong cup of coffee!

If you consider that an insult then you've lead a very sheltered life.

As I say, I hate coffee. I use preworkouts and thermo capsules. Just for them that might want that boost on a budget

I also fell for the cool sounding name and bright jar. Vile tasting coffee. Wife threw it in the bin- also after two cups.

Nothing natural about processed coffee.

A stroke waiting in a cup.

Tried before. Unremarkable.
