I ve got an Antony Worrall Thompson exercise bike.

He was actually better at cycling than Roger Black, the famous 400m runner.

I bought one of these. A tad uncomfortable to use without a seat :). Have rang up but stating six weeks for a replacement.

by the looks of the amazon bike its a manual magnetic bike.you turn the dial to a preferred resistance then away you go.
the argos one is all electric,for example you can set it to one of the programmes to do 15 mins on flat then 10 uphill and then maybe 20 mins downhill and the bike will alter the resistance as you work through the programme.like the bikes you get at the gym.
