Excellent price for a great selection of Rolling Stones classics.

Yes I've always loved The Rolling Stones
Especially The Sixties & Seventies Output
At this Price or even cheaper with quidco it really is a steal.
I'm not certain but I have the old large 12" cardboard box set.
I believe the later versions were digitally Rematered and some were hybrid
with a layer of SACD recordings included.:-D

We love you/Dandelion was the first single that I EVER owned. Played it to death.

Glad to see 'Sympathy with the devil' included. Among their best.
Might get this but have most on vinyl and they rarely get played these days.

Great price. Good find.

Heated!

amazing cd set - a must have for both collectors and newbies alike

picked this up in WH Smith a few years back for a £5, one of the best cd purchases ever
#5
Good collection but stops at 1971, so no Tumbling Dice, Angie, It's Only Rock 'n' Roll, Fool to Cry, Miss You, etc etc
#6
Yes I agree it should have been a 6CD box that covered the best of the Seventies as well.
Still You get Wild Horses & Brown Sugar in there.
This would compliment Exile On Main Street Well !!!

Anything special about this? In terms of the package, I mean. Already got all of those tracks so just wondering if there's anything different about this set?

It's presented as a 12 Inch Box Set.

Brother paid £45 for this in 1995 when it was released. :whistling:

Seems like a long time ago.

Just be aware Allen Klein get's the profits from this and not the Stones.

One hell of a businessman as he died last July.

This is fantastic. Just ordered. Has single versions and some songs not easy to get elsewhere.

Depends how much you like stones, muz. Lots of b sides here you haven't got. Some good, some not.

But for me I love the fact this puts the records in their original context. You can get that feeling people got when they brought home that 7" vinyl with just a and b. But that's prob just me!
