3 x mini LED torches for the car, shed, handbag and any other dark space.

Good reviews but there's a chance you could get a dodgy one but for the money (£2 each) can you go wrong?

Mind you, be wary of the seller who has them listed at £1,111 + £70 P&P...

I got this from homebase for £3 (misprice) but they were selling them for £6 also.

They are awesome imo, seriously bright and haven't chewed any batteries up yet :)

Nice find...great little torches these...well made and very powerful for their size.

Heat added

Cheers

These torches use 3x AAA batteries (feedback on amazon says last for about 20hrs). This could work out quite expensive.

I bought a metal torch, same size with 8 LEDs from Poundland, which uses only 1x AA battery. I have used this torch for the last 6 months every night on the same Duracell battery. Check out Poundland would be my recommendation.

if it's a choice between a poundland torch or a Rolson one i'd go with Rolson, this deal is for Rolson torches anyway so if the ones at poundland aren't Rolson it's irrelevant

if we're going to talk about other LED torches, i buy mine from DX as they are powerful and most run off 1 AA battery

The Rolson and poundland ones are identical so it is relevant.

I find the 3w led torches far superior to these, you can get them on Ebay for about £1~ delivered from China

No they're not.

Simple solution - If you dont rate them dont buy them.

Enjoy poundland

The ones in Poundland are NOT the same - I've seen both types. The Poundland ones are not so well finished as the Rolson ones, are less reliable (in my experience), and don't come with batteries.

The Poundland torches are made down to the price, the Rolson ones aren't made quite so cheaply.

Furthermore, the Poundland variety are becoming smaller (thinner metal, shorter length, etc.) and poorer quality over the last 3-4 years as they seek to maintain their margins whilst keeping their fixed price.

Good deal, heat added - ignore the smart-alecs who always know best.
