yes use really big screws with this , its small,i got 1 for my 32inch and decided against using it, doesn't look strong enough, but i could be wrong, seems more suited to a smaller set

I got one of these off ebay, heavy duty, comes with all fittings, and 6 big bolt screws and raw plugs £19.99 delivered.

The one in this post doesnt look upto much to me.

needs a 12mm drill bit though

Got one for my 26" just about held it...

The important fact is where the load is directed i.e. pulling down and not out, unless the gauge of the metal is really thin, I would use it provided the bracket can take the tv weight.

Seen a couple of times where people have tried to fit their TV to a wall which is just stud and the screws are just in the plasterboard using toggles or the plasterboard plugs!!! Always use good reliable fixings for the material your fixing it to.

Voted HOT at this price..

They had the other wall brackets these ones fit flush against the wall the other arm type ones seemed a bit better.

Good price... but does look a tad small for a 32"

In my opinion, it is sheer lunacy to quibble over a few pounds extra for a bracket when you are hanging several HUNDRED pounds worth of television on a wall!

Would you use dodgy brake shoes on an Astob Martin or Bemtley? Come on folks, pay the extra tenner (or whatever) and buy a decent bracket!

Bracket is only as good as the wall fixings - I'm not that confident it wouldn't fall off the wall once I'd attached the TV  Not too good at DIY.

Oh yeah got this in Whitechapel earlier, looks OK haven't pu it on wall yet.

Bought 3 from sainsburys a few months ago. They are crap. The bolts that hold the front and back of the bracket together are screwed into "Hank bushes" which spin around when you try to tighten the bolts, meaning the tv is loose and can only face downwards with gravity!!!!!
Took all 3 back.

Just bought 27" LCD vesa 100 x 200 (rarish) from Richer sounds

They wanted £50 for similar product and £14.99 for 3m Rf cable

I remembered seeing this deal so went to Sainsbury (Plymouth)

Got this bracket which is great value and its vesa 100x100, 100x200 & 200x200
and a RF cable 3m for £4.99
Its good for up to 32" and i prefer it to the one in Richer Sounds
Make sure you know what your doing though (same for any bracket)

Thanks saved £50 Today HOT:-D:-D:-D:-D:thumbsup:

Would YOU hang a £300 television on something that gets a review such as this (read up this thread)?
