Bought this from Tesco the other day after it was posted here for £15.
Its good value and the slots are normal size (some posters thought they might be too small for large slices).
Great price for a basic toaster

Find me a toaster that can toast a normal slice of toast. I don't want it cremated, I don't want warm bread, I don't want to have to take it out, flip it and put it back in again. I just want a toaster that toasts my bread and doesn't leave an inch untoasted at the top. Is this the toaster I am looking for or is what I want just too much to ask! - Have some heat regardless. £15 for a 4 slicer - awesome!

I bought one a little while ago and tried to take it back too (as not fit for purpose). The slots are too small and typical slices of bread (Tesco's, Kingsmill etc) stick out at the top. It looks okay on the box, but it does have a cheap plasticky feel about it, particularly the silver bits (which I'm hoping will break before the year is up). Definitely avoid.

Reviews say it all, I wouldn't buy or recommend this this toaster to any one.

Interesting this.
We use full-size Hovis bread, which fits in fine in the slots and doesn't stick out of the top. It is square bread rather than rectangular I suppose. It browns the bread evenly on both sides.
I agree the plastic build is a bit cheap but what do you expect from a £15 toaster?

Have had this for 8 months and had no problems at all with it, does what it's meant to do...never had burnt toast, never had to flip toast, never had toast sticking out the top...do my daily crumpet in it as well.

I have this. its really crap and toasts really unevenly and doesnt fully pop up so you need to use a utensil to get buns out etc.
