I was in TJ Hughes this morning and found these marked as £25 with an RRP of £50. Always take these things with a pinch of salt but after searching the net, the 2400w version which this is is retailing at £49.99 on Amazon (Which is the linked image)
TJ Hughes seem to have an online site, but this isnt on there so marking it as in store only. I bought min in the Sunderland store where there were dozens left.

The new range of ThermoColour Irons from Russell Hobbs, are the world's first irons which change colour automatically depending on the soleplate temperature, letting you know at a glance exactly what temperature the iron is operating at.
Featuring unique temperature LED lights situated in the water tank, the lights are controlled by a sensor on the element and not only give a superb visual effect, but offer real consumer benefits by indicating exactly when the iron is, at the correct temperature for ironing different fabrics.
The colours are blue, green, lilac and red, with blue indicating the iron is operating at the coolest temperature and red being the hottest. With a large ceramic soleplate to glide quickly and easily over fabrics, variable temperature and steam settings, plus a powerful 35g/min steam output, with 100g shot of steam, the new Russell Hobbs Thermocolour Iron (Model No. 12661) has been designed to offer you the very best in performance, so you can quickly steam through the dreaded chore of ironing and have more time to do the things you enjoy. Another great time saving feature is the irons powerful vertical steaming facility.
Ideal for removing wrinkles from furnishing fabrics, curtains and from hanging clothes quickly and easily, without having to take them down. The fine mist water spray is perfect for dampening dry areas and the iron can even be used as a dry iron if required.
Amazingly, the features don't end there, as the iron includes a self-clean function with anti-scale agent to prevent the build-up of scale, an auto-shut off facility, which will switch the iron off after 30 seconds if the soleplate is down, or after 15 minutes if it's upright and a 3 metre cord with swivel cord guard for added convenience.
