I've still got some russian standard that I bought at christmas for £10 for 70cl when morrisson's had their offer on - at the time, 7 bottles seemed a bit much!(_;)
one does have to wonder what 'russian standard' means though, probably that the bathtubs it's distilled in are fairly clean. would you drink 'glasgow standard' whiskey ?

Had it, thought it was over hyped and its never done that well on blind tastings that I've seen.. I'm a great fan of Absolute myself, used to live in Southern Sweden and drive home through the grain fields, still see them every time I have a drop ;)
Please tell me where you found it for £25 a bottle oO Think I paid £30-32 last time.
Bought Russian Standard 1l in Tescos last night reduced to £17, of course Sainsburys would have a better deal :(
