Thanks for this, flights booked for free!

HOT!

Me too, voted hot, booked flights for 6p, shame about the surcharge on the card, an extra £6 on top
#11
8p return plus card booking may have to book, is there anything to do in belfast?
#12
A few years ago it would probably have cost in the hundreds to fly and people are quibbling about having to pay a taxes and surcharges :-p

Good find

I wish it still cost hundreds, cos then the skies would be emptier as well as the airports.

EasyJet & Ryanair created a market out of thin air.....nobody would normally travel to half of their destinations - people go just cos it's cheap.

Only good thing is they're getting mullered now due to fuel costs & competition (I see Easyjet's share price got [email protected] the other day - good)

[COLOR="Navy"]Still available to people who are willing to travel midweek.
Total cost for flying out Tuesday - return Thursday for two people is 4 pence.
They will still charge for credit card but cheaper using debit card.

all the hotels in belfast are dead expensive, even the travelodge! anyone have any good hotel ideas?
#16
I've never been to Belfast before, where are you planning to stay?
#17
Ive been looking at hotels and for a family of four we are looking at £280 for two nights so don't think we will be going even though the flights are 8p!!
#18
See when people say they booked free flights. . Why am i getting charged £15 Tax etc surely that's not what people mean by free.
#19
Brilliant - have booked a day trip to Belfast from Liverpool in June for £2-02.

Depends on the dates, most in Jul/Aug are costing £5... May travel is free

Try bookings.com, and look at cheapest room- some 2*/3* at £40 a night........ some cheaper too!! (1*)
#23
If you don't mind hostels, hostelbookers.com is great. Most hostel have private rooms, which are pretty much hotel type rooms. Much cheaper. Put down 10% deposit and then pay rest when you arrive. Can get 40% of the deposit back through quidco as well ;-)

If you are coming to Belfast and looking for things to do, this web site might be useful for you: http://www.gotobelfast.com;)

Belfast is very busy with tourists now. If you do book flights book the hotel asap. Have a look over on the Belfast trip advisor forum for lots of hotel suggestions.

Hotels can be expensive in Belfast now, as there isnt enough! more being built at the moment though.

Days hotel in the centre can be reasonable. Also Travelodge and Premier Travel Inn.

I had already picked up on the Belfast free flights two days ago during the Bristol/Bournemouth flights thread.
It pays to read all content on a thread.

What a moronic statement.

So many offers with Ryanair now. Small tip, when you select your date and flights, next click gives you the prices.

Basic rule is, if the price appears as £0, taxes will be put onto this price.

If the price says £1-5p, there will be no taxes added on top.

Hope this make life easier.

Belfast, brilliant place, as is whole of NIreland coast, been there so many times since the troubles ended. Well worth hiring a car and cruising about outside Belfast too

I've been able to check return flights for £0.01 inc taxes. Remember it's only for travel on Tue, Wed and Thu.

Thanks for posting this deal. Cheap long weekend break (thursday to tuesday) to see my brother and his family. Even with paying for car parking, airport check in and baggage costs, it has only cost £56 in total for me the other half and my 2 boys.
#35
People don't mind charges that are justified or fair. But my 3 flights have just cost me £1 each leg per passenger to 'defray Ryanair's cost in processing debit card transactions': but they only have one transaction to process, whether it is one passenger travelling one way only or five doing a return journey, but the charge varies from £1 to £10. How can they justify that? Still a hot deal at £6 though..
#36
Great deal ... Thanks OP!

Taking my wife and kids in June for her 40th birthday for a day trip. Even with the "Booking Fee" it's still only £30.10 for all of us. Bargain!

For being updated about low uk fares http://www.weefly.co.uk sometimes can be useful.
Cheers

Thanks for the deal as I am new to this site. have just purchased two flights to belfast for 4p!!!

I'm being shown a £19.98 taxes charge when I go and confirm

As it states on the webpage
Fares include taxes, fees & charges
I don't understand how they can charge
