Never used a Ryobi chain saw, the reviews seem reasonable and the price is superb, spares should not be a problem, (if needed!), if their drills are anything to go by. Might get one as a backup for the trusty Husky, (getting on a bit and throws a few wobblys now and then). Nice weight for a saw.
Few more specs.

Very nice find.
I managed to get the 16" version of this when B&Q had them for £80. I have just used it for the first time - very impressed!
Well it's nothing brilliant but for the price it was last year (£90) it's defaintly a consideration, the features are pretty good: toolless chain tensioning and an inertia chainbrake. I don't own one because I prefer Japanese built chainsaws. It's done fairly well, it's lasted a year so far with no catastrophic error. Problems with it are the chain keeps falling off every so often, this may be a user error because it's only happened to me twice yet it happened many times to the owner of the saw.

Other problems are the terrible plastic used on it, which I can imagine cracking or splitting quite soon. Other than that what more would you expect for £90? I wouldn't reccomend one, if I come accross somebody wanting a cheap chainsaw I will recommend the Hitachi CS33EB any day over it. Though spend another £110 and buy a high quality Shindaiwa 285S. Japanese saws are much better than Chinese saws by a large margin.
